I love this photo, too. It's a funny story--my mother took her to have her photos taken; not being a fan of studio portraiture in most cases, I wouldn't have done so, but . . . grandmothers, right? Well, this glass of milk and plate of cookies are clearly fake, but Lily repeatedly tried to drink the milk and kept holding out the glass to my mother, asking, "Stuck? Stuck?" She just didn't understand, poor thing: )
