Last year my brother was talking about how he wanted a dog, so I bugged him for a week to go to the shelter & just look at the puppies. We saw Penny, and so I bought her for him as his Christmas present. She's the most hyper crazy dog ever! (and she's not full beagle, but we don't know what she's mixed with. We just know it is a smaller breed.)
