How beautiful is that photo?! Love your journaling, I wonder, does she still have her tonsils? Perhaps they are blocking her airway making it difficult to breathe? I know I've dealt with patients with that problem.

Now she's been in cahoots with my boys -they both did/do this aged 4, although thankfully neither snore, but, boy, do they fidget.
