I used the 'celebrate' minikit for this one...
recipe ;-) (hope it's clearto you...)
for about 12 cupcakes:
125g self-raising flour,
125g sugar
125g butter (at room temperature, not microwave)
2 eggs (100g)
2 tablespoons milk
half teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix everything together except the milk, which should be adjusted at the end.
Paper tins filled to 2 / 3 of the edge.
Preheat oven to 170 C and 15 to 20
minutes baking (can vary from oven to oven)
from 'Party cakes, cupcakes and cookies' by 'Koekjesfee'
