This is for the Web Inspiration Challenge. This is the first time that I have ever tried blurring a photo like this and using it as a background. Any advice is greatly appreciated! I am still a beginner digi-scrapper and appreciate your help. :-)
I think this is wonderful Diane!!! I love the effect here. You could always look at Amanda Taylor's (TaylorMade Designs) gallery and tutorials for treatments and effects you can do on photos. She's a master at this sort of technique. But I really think you did an awesome job on this! I like the shadow that you added to the overlay.

and yes, Amanda has great tutorials! And just keep playing with duplicate layers and blending modes there are so many possibilities!
