This is a "bouquet" we made for a co-worker who had to have some surgery. The soil was made out of coffee beans, so she could keep it next to her bed and smell coffee all day (which she wasn't allowed to drink for a few days). In the event of a real caffeine emergency, she could even eat a few beans...
