I have started on a recipe book with recipes from one of my favorite baking program on TV. Its called Buns of steel and it is produced in Denmark with the remarkable woman Camilla Plum (on the photo). It focus on ecological production and older varietys of grains. The recipes is very international and comes from lots of different countries. Im sorry I cant translate them.
