Journaling: during our day hike at the little grand canyon, it was so wet anyway that we just let you boys run around without your shoes on. it was another hot georgia summer day but no one seemed to mind. daddy, shiloh, and i walked behind you while you boys ran ahead. you both had a blast. it wasnt too terribly messy - mostly just wet. but in some places, the wet clay was more like a sinking hole. if you stood in some places for too long, you would begin to sink. after about a minute of staying put, david had sunk down to almost the same height as seth. {8/08}
