I LOVE the Christmasy 'redo' you gave your original layout. That picture is a wonderful addition, right around my particular vintage, and the way you framed it gives it the essence of an ornament. I did a double take on the tree after it's makeover, I didn't realize it was the same tree, beautiful job repurposing the element. Lovely first layout in my challenge!

I love what you did with this makeover. I really like the first layout, but coloring the tree and then making it such a Christmas page with the white background and the double red border. Love the gold paint splatters and the way you used the gold star as a tree topper on this one. But...this picture...wow! That makes me so happy...it transports me back in time. Beautiful work Christa. (Now that I know your name, I will practice it.
