Thank you Anne! I used a sketch action I created. It changes the photo to black and white and sketches. I put the sketch on the layer above the background layer. Then I put the copy of the photo above the sketch and set the blend mode to soft light @100% to add a touch of color back in. Then on the sketch layer, I set that to linear burn with a fill of 35%. This allows the sketch to blend into the background and be faint so as not to distract
