This was a struggle. It was fun playing with paper dolls again but getting them to line up and creating a scene, that was hard. I wanted to show two teens dreaming of the ball. I used Starry Night, Floral Damask Toile Blue Papers, Ebb and Flow and Water drops which I mis-shaped to create thought bubbles.
Great humor, as always. I struggled a bit with the challenge as well. It is pretty difficult to create a scene that goes with your paper dolls. However, it looks like it was fun as well. Did the girls have a good time at the ball?

Yes, it was a struggle to create the paper doll effect and make a scene that made sense. Plus, I have few "people" so getting faces that weren't just heads or things was hard. But then I thought, lets dream a little. And yes, I believe they had the best time at the ball dancing the night away. Not sure Fred lived up the expectation but the girls had a ball.
I adore your imagination (and the girls' from you LO, too! )! Such a fun page and creative story, with beautiful outfits and a great sense of humor. Love this tongue-in-a-cheek feel you've created! Thank you for being willing to get out of your comfort zone, Tracy!
