I absolutely LOVE to see photos incorporated into storybook/fantasy stories. This is a beautiful Once Upon A Time story and an extraordinary take on the challenge. Once upon a time surgery like that would not have been possible, I'm so glad this fairytale has healthy and happy at the end of it.I Christmas is totally my holiday which is why I'm in a decorated house right now. You've created a gorgeous scene and I LOVE that ornament.
