Solitude

The journaling reads:

As we drove toward the Cliffs of Moher, passing one shimmering lake after another, we kept hoping to find a spot where we could stop and reach the water. Finally, we pulled over and stepped out into the wind, the only people in sight.
The air was fresh and wild, the pebbled shore stretching endlessly. A quiet, off‐the‐beaten‐track lake was exactly what we wanted, and it felt like we’d stumbled upon a secret place, still and beautiful in its solitude. I could have stayed there longer, but we needed to go - we'd already made several unplanned stops along the way, and time was flying...

Beautiful blending and page Olga! I really like the large photo with the smaller ones blended in to the bg.. the scene is definitely quiet moments and so beautiful.. I love Ireland. One of my most favorite places on earth. We have gotten lucky the 2 times we were there... first time in Nov and it was like a summer day... no coat needed, clear skies and no wind.. second time, also Nov was very windy but still beautiful... the burren is beautiful as well as the coast line scenery. We never stopped at the burren, but oh my the landscape on the west coast of Ireland, breathless, as is your page! TFS! Hugs!
