Low tide is so special - you get a chance to walk under the ocean. I periodically see tributes like this on the beach, very touching. I chose to make a simple and I think different use of FotoInspired, placing a page on the right (3M p 3 with some of the masks turned off) spilling out from a large blended photo on the left. Created the title by combining word art and combining letters in word art (to make "tide"), adding a few textual elements.
