What a wonderful Halloween themed page! I like how the chevrons extending down from the frame make it seem almost like a sign on a post. Or a mirror on a stand. Gives that frame real presence. I also like how you balanced the pink bow on the frame with that lovely pink poison bottle. Perfect quote, too!
