Process:
SP5 is the foundation. Artsy transfers, and Texture 1, were placed, some layers turned off. The frame layers were placed and duplicated, enlarging the second set. The masks were recolored to blend with the background, then the skyline brush was stamped, then duplicated. PS filter graphic pen was applied to the duplicated layer and blend mode set to hard light. My photo was extracted and subject placed giving a custom drop shadow. The page was completed with the Elements, WA, splatters and postmark.
