Gadabout'ing the beach...again!
I started with Spindrift Artsy Paper 5 (Bonus) in the b/g to give me a blue foundation, then lots of Gadabout Transfers and brushes on top.
Two large photos in the background blended with Gadabout FotoBlendz.

Reinforced the verticality of the design with the MM, colors adjusted, and an element added to point to the northeast, where downtown LA lies just 20 miles away. Also added text in vertical columns.
Photos level adjusted. A little bit of MM flowers added (more vertical) and glows placed around the page.
