Journaing reads-
The MAYFLOWER II was at Mystic
Seaport for 3 years for a major
restoration. We were on the Gwenmor
Marina tug that was behind the
Mayflower acting as the brake as it
was towed down-river to make it’s
voyage back to Plymouth MA
There were thousands of people
lining the river and hundreds of
boats escorting this historic treasure
down the curvy Mystic River. It was a
very exciting day.
