This is beautiful Cheryl!!! I love this beyond words. The connection wasn't broken, and its beautifully displayed here. I love the quote and the font you used. Very old school bible style font and it makes the statement even more. Beautiful connection!

Thanks, Tracy! I'm glad my page came together - you know how that is; you have something in your head and hope it translates. I love that font too. It's an "Old English stye" font. The Detroit Tiger's "D" is that same style. The connection between Chuck and me will always remain.
How beautiful! What a great focus for connections. We "grow up" together in a home with our children, friends, family and fur babies! A home contains so many facets to our personality. I love that you extracted flowers from your garden! You are featured on our social media page.

Cheryl, I saw your LO last week but didn't really "see" as I'm doing right now. The hands and the wings are drawing me in. I have a picture of my Mom that I look at everyday; she is with me always and I miss her. I did not expect to be so emotional, but my tears are sad but happy too that I have a strong connection to her. A few years ago on Facebook someone posted a picture of a bench looking out at a park/water; the caption said if you had one more day with someone, who would be on that bench with you. Mine was my Mom. Yours is Chuck.

Oh Char, what wonderful comments and a wonderful, very special remembrance of your mom. I'm sure you don't know this, buten Chuck passed away, the wonderful CheeryO's and others sent me a bench in remembrance of Chuck. It's concrete and has the most beautiful insciption on it. They also sent me a "totem" because they know I love things like that. The bench is sitting in my front garden, looking out over our "million dollar view" as Chuck named it. That's so ironic that you mentioned a bench in your comments up above. I have scrapped the bench a few times. I'll find my layouts and PM you with them. Thank you SO much for your wonderful comments and yes, yours would be your mom and mine would be Chuck.

Cheryl, thanks so much; I would love to see the LO's with the bench! I imagine that you sit on the bench with Chuck there in spirit; I would think it would be very comforting.
