Process An Artsy Paper is the Background Layer of this Layout. A Color Lookup Adjustment Layer was placed on top. Artsy Transfers were added to the page. I blended my Photo on top of the Transfers with a Layer Mask and Brushes. Part of the image was extracted. A Frame was added below the Photo. A supporting image was added on top of the Frame, as well as a WordART Cluster and Dimensional elements. Splatters and Journaling completed the page.
