2006 - That year, I began working for the world’s largest library. I was a lowly contractor in the stacks with zero experience, except for being a lifelong library user.
2005 - I still work in the same library. After a year of being a contractor, I was hired as a permanent employee. I earned my Master's in Library and Information Science. Through hard work and a bit of luck, I received several promotions and eventually landed my dream job. I am an acquisitions and cataloging librarian, and I work with materials in my native Polish.
