Everyone's got a play on "Happy Birthday" (e.g. "Happy Bird-day" on cards with bird pictures) - and then there are plays on "Hoppy Bunny" - in this case, Sok Song's model "Happi Bunni," which has been on my folding bucket list - so I used Diane's word art to make a hybrid (and my next two birthday "cards.")
If you want to fold it, search for Sok Song Happi Bunni. He's got a TikTok vid and he published the diagram in Creased Magazine if you're familiar with the latter. (He's also a super nice guy so I'll go out on a limb and say he might send you the diagram if you ask for it.)
The main "process" issue was figuring out how to print the wordart on the model - and that's usually solved by making a test fold and marking the area where the printed decoration is going to go. (In Photoshop that would have been a breeze. For some reason in Affinity, what should have been a perfect square wasn't when it printed, so I had to do some futzing when I cut the square.)
