This medical episode began with an ear infection: congestion, low fever, and fluid in the ears. The first round of medicine created a small fine rash and no relief from the symptoms. The next round round of medicine created large welts and blotches. This was our first time to experience a medical allergy.
She was miserable and desperately needed to find comfort.
