As Anna often suggests, start with the Artsy Layered Template - the design is ready-made. I clipped photos to frames, and Papers to the back frames.
I clipped another photo to a Transfer of the ALT, then added 2 copies of the same photo, in Overlay mode, behind the Transfer.
Lightened the photos and the background paper a bit for a brighter page (It was very foggy out)
Added a few embellishments.
