The Canada geese were paired and it was nice to see them again. It was very different than at home, where we had a background of city life. Our happy place was in the sunshine with plenty of open space and quiet. I also loved to see the blackbirds finally feasting on last year's cattails.

Love the folds, and of course your amazing photographs :heartpumpred::beatingheart::heartpumpred: So sweet that there were a pair of geese, and NOW it makes sense to me why the first time I ever saw the red shouldered black birds was on the cattails outside of my kids' highschool! lol They are so pretty with their pops of color, when you can see it :heartpumplove:
