Photo Strip Frames from the ArtPlay Felicitations Collection. I placed Set 2 on the right, then just one of the frames copied onto the left. I thought it was fun that the different times of day and different locations yielded different water color shots, so made that my theme.
Custom title created with Better Saturday (water, with a color gradient added), COLOR from Beginning WordArt Mix and the beads from Color Word Art, also with a gradient added.
Photo on left blended with Felicitations FotoBlendz, on the right 2 copies of a photo in Overlay mode with a mask and eraser for blending.
Added elements, brushes, splatters for color balance.
