I really wanted to keep the theme from week one, but it just didn't look right with the verse going around the edges. The verse I used is: Isaiah 40:31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
I used Where Fairies Live for the wonderful mix of colors and the butterfly that I changed to "overlay". Then I used He Is for the darker paper background and amazing heart that I also overlaid so it looks like the butterfly and heart are one.

Tracy, another great LO; I love the heart butterfly and the path of light going underneath it and down thru the verse from Isaiah! Which NLD kit is this from?

Thank you. The kits I used were listed above, the butterfly and light is from Where Fairies Live and the heart is from He Is.

Wow, Tracy, this is so powerful!! I absolutely love that Bible verse. It's just perfect for this week's challenge - well, for any week, it's perfect, but you know what I mean LOVE IT!

Tracy, when one puts their heart into a layout, art always results! I studied this verse last year as we have been waiting to purchase our own home for 3 decades. That's a long wait, I thought. Then I learned that the waiting is the renewing! Huh? Yeah. Like an athlete who through consistent practice develops strength and form, waiting actually makes us stronger. I thought that was amazing and it made the weight of waiting much lighter! :D

I keep hearing a song in my head, "I will run and not grow weary..." It's called "We Will Rise Again"! The dark background contrasts with the happy pink heart to show the good within in the dark times!
