Mom is in hospice care with morphine which means her time is very near. This is HARD. Yet I want her to be at peace. I just hate the finality of it. BOTH of them gone. I am trusting the Lord to help me in this valley of the shadow time of waiting.

Thanks, Cheryl. Mom had a good birthday yesterday. Somehow that unlocked the process for me( along with loads of prayer) I am moving toward acceptance of her time. The hourglass is in the one hand (with "faith" stamped on the arm- and a show of strength in the other. This came to me when I was trying to come to grips with her falling sick. God is good.
