Process:
Solid Paper 1, then AP2(Softlight blend mode) were placed on a new background
Palette brushes, paper texture 1, artstroke1, and AT layers were placed beneath the layers of Paint1 (x3 and photo copies x3 clipped to the layers) and were moved around to make the scene (all grouped). The group of layers was duplicated two more times, and each group set on a. screen blend mode, and b. color burn blend mode.
The frame grouping was placed with photo clipped to the mask.
MM Elements and WA finished the page. Individual Palette fan pinwheel flowers were placed around the tree branches with a drop shadow added.
