I was inspired by the following blocks:
1 - cute bunny - the penguin
2 - the tree against the blue sky
3 - the close up of white against the blue
5 - traveling - the photos were taken during our Christmas travels
9 - snow in the mountains
and the overall grid format of the moodboard.

The journaling reads:

When we woke, the world lay draped in white. Not from snowfall - for it hadn't snowed, but from the night’s breath, which had frozen every leaf, every twig, in a fragile lattice of ice—winter’s own lacework, spun in silence. The sun had just started to rise, not yet strong enough to melt it all away. Spellbound, I must have taken a couple dozen photos before breakfast.
