SP5 was placed for the foundation. My photo (edited in Lightroom), duplicated (1st copy blend mode Vivid Light, 2nd copy blend mode Screen, lowered opacity) and clipped to the palette frame mask with MM Document paper (recolored) behind. The background was built using paper texture and transfers. Embellished with elements, Spackle Texture, word art and date. The thorn branch was edited with a Levels and Hue/Sat adjustments, blend mode Linear Light.
