Process:

Palette sp1 was placed on a new document, followed by ATL paper textures
Palette transfers 5, 8, paintWhite, Paper1 were then placed to create the background.
Palette frame and mask were added and my photo was clipped to the mask, duplicated, and set to color burn.
3 ALT Transfers were placed over the photo layers at a lowered opacity, and clipped to the photos.
Various elements from the Palette, and MM Clocks and MM New Year were added to create the elements, and overlay.
