Christmas magic in Oberhausen!

Glühwein in one hand, a bratwurst in the other, and somewhere along the way, we bought a Christmas ornament that’s just slightly too big for our tree. The Oberhausen Christmas market did not disappoint: three themed markets, over 150 stalls, and enough twinkling lights to make Rudolph jealous.

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, there’s a massive shopping mall right next door—perfect for picking up socks along with your Christmas goodies.
