December AJ Challenge Week 3 {ILLUMINATE}

The December Week 3 AJ Challenge has been posted. Our word prompt for December is ILLUMINATE.

We went to this fabulous Christmas Walk last year, and it was very "illuminating" on it's own. I blended two of the pictures we took into my background paper. I thought it would be perfect for this challenge. I was inspired by one of the quotes that Susie posted. "Better to illuminate than merely to shine, to deliver to others contemplated truths than merely to contemplate.".

I love how you blended the photos together. There is SO much light and love in this layout, even though its mostly black and white. It just shines. The wings, showing Chuck was with you in thought. I bet he loved hearing about the trip when you returned home that night. Beautiful layout!!! The quote is perfect.

Thanks so much, Tracy. Yes, he was with us in thought and couldn't wait to hear all about it. He wanted to see all of the pictures - he always did when I got home. It was a total explosion of lights and beauty! :heartpumpred::heartpumpred::heartpumpred:
