Inspiration –I was looking at old photos and saw the pictures from Victoria Mansion in Portland. Maine. I thought they would work well with the current Anna-lift challenge.
Start – with Fotoinspired Template 3I.8.
Paper – Solid Paper 4 from APP Tannenbaum was placed over the background layer.
Photos – I attached three photos to the mask layer of the three frames I used Layer>Create Clipping Mask. I did extractions from two other photos for my collage elements.
Elements – Trees were my repeating element which started with the one on the paper that fit so well in a corner of the collage of pictures. I also used Multimedia Holiday 9.1 and Wood Shop Christmas tree I added to the page. I also put a word strip on top of one photo and the banner from Sleigh Santa on the other (I erased the Santa). For bling, I used Multimedia Magic Sprinklez 1.2 and 1.4 over the larger photo.
Title – the Victorian Font to type the title.
Words – If you get to Portland, Maine over the holidays make it a point to visit the Victoria Mansion. Designers take a room and decorate it using the theme of the current year but it is always done in old stuff never modern. It is enchanting.
