Minnesota has two seasons, winter & under construction. My dgd & her dog Lily went as road construction workers - When her volleyball "friends" decided they didn't have room for her in their Halloween group anymore 3 days before Halloween. Her mom drove a half hour to pick up her 4H friend to go with her on Halloween.

What a fun page! I am glad your granddaughter regrouped and did her own thing to have a fun Halloween. I love the under construction costumes and how they are lit up. The candy corn covered by spiders and the skulls framing the bottom of the photo look great. And the title alphas are perfect for the page.

Ewwwwww there are spiders all over your candy!!!!!! :giggle4: What a wonderful page!!! I love that they went as construction workers. Your seasons are like ours, winter and construction. Love that your dgd had a blast and didn't let petty people ruin her night. Well done mom going to get a real friend for her to hang with. Beautiful layout even with all those spiders. ;)

Oh, Bitzee, you are so sweet! She's a feisty resilient one and she has the best most supportive mom ever. The candy coen was my Halloween take on traffic cones how they all get knocked around.

Thank you so much! I had so much fun with your brushes & edges. I played around layering them & adding styles - Her mom is the absolute best, most supportive mom in the world.

I wondered who would "squeam" first over the spiders :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:The candy corn is supposed to be the highway cones that get knocked all over and all of the this way & that way signs. It was 20° when I went to the gym this morning, and we had a dusting of snow the other day so I'd guess our weather is quite similar. At least it feels more like the holidays with cold weather.
