Inspiration –I love some of the older Palettes I loved the apples in Artplay Palette Autumn Crisp which is part of the Value Pack Artplay Autumn No. 1. I have lots of pictures including apples so I thought these would make a good page.
Start –From Artsy Template Multipack 2 took template 2 to build the page on. I turned off some of the layers.
Paper – Solid Paper 1 from App Autumn Crisp laid over the background layer.
Photo – I attached one picture to the mask layer of the template and three other pictures to the mask layers of the frames using Layer>Create Clipping Mask.
Transfer – Apple One was placed under one of the frames
Brush- Brush 10 from Autumn Crisp.
Elements – Green stitching from Stitched by Anne Fall Mix 2 was placed over the masked photo.
Title – I used two words from Word Blendz Fall No. 1 for a title.
Other things. I made an out-of-bounds with one apple and created a gradient over the title words of red and green.
Words – You must learn that you cannot be loved by all people. You can be the finest apple in the world,
Ripe, juicy, sweet and succulent.
But you must realise,
That there will always be people who don’t like apples.
If you are the world’s finest apple,
And someone you love doesn’t like apples,
You have the choice of coming a banana.
However, be warned,
If you choose to become a banana,
You will only be a second-rate banana.
But you can always stay the finest apple.
Now understand,
If you become a second-rate banana,
There will always be people who don’t like bananas.
Furthermore, you can spend your life
Trying to become the best banana,
Which is impossible if you are an apple,
Or, you can concentrate on being the best apple.
If you are an apple,
Stay an apple, be the best apple,
And wait for an apple picker to come along.
If you are an apple picker, pick an apple,
Don’t pick a banana and try to make it round.
Added Drop shadows where necessary, And used levels on some of the photos.

This is fabulous! I love these old palettes, too! Those words, so wise, I should read them to my grandson ;-) The inclusion of the black mask really makes for a pop of contrast and drama!
