Managed to cull the day down to 9 photos - the focal photo with the ice cream had the colors! Blended this with Inglenook FB, Levels Adjustment layer. Two more Inglenook FBs for the other two photos, heavily adjusted to get them brighter and clearer.
For the framed photos I chose Travel Template - I like these frames.
