The ArtPlay Inglenook Collection turned blue I do this by building my background of Artsy & Solid Papers and Artsy Transfers and adding a Hue/Saturation Adjustment layer above the entire background.
I pulled some Frames from the Inglenook Artsy Layered Template, then added others from Travel Album for some variety.
Background photos blended with Inglenook FotoBlendz - my usual methods - duplicate the FotoBlendz for coverage, then brush and erase (using AnnaBlendz Artsy brushes).
Recolored the stacked books element.
I added stars to the clusters as I often do since that's Oz's last name.
