The guys - David, Charles, Hank - are just pausing for a laugh and a smile in front of the Alamo. Charles, my cousin, was a long way from home. San Antonio, Texas.

Julie, Charles’ daughter, sent this photo to me after the death of my brother, Hank. It wonderfully captures their personalities. I was very grateful - I had not seen this one. I laugh when I see the playful nature of the cousins pranks.

I pause when I remember that all have passed away. . .

What a beautiful photo! Wonderful laughter that you can hear. I love how you scrapped this, letting the photo shine with the soft colors and feel.
