Foundation is Caducous Artsy Layered Template. As background I added Artsy Paper 1 and and turned it 90 degrees to the right. I masked one photo with FotoBlendz Overlays No 17.4. and added it to the page. As accents I used brush 12, the leaf from the APP and MM Leaves No9.4. The title is from Autumn WA Mix 6.

Beautifully done, love the center focus and the surround of leaves and fog! We get fog in the fall, but we don't like it at all!
