September AJ Challenge Week 3 {FOCUS}

Created for the AJ Challenge, Week 3 FOCUS:

I've been "struggling" again this past week. I'm trying to FOCUS on moving forward, but it's like one step forward, two steps back. I guess, to sum it up, my page is about my stuggle to stay focused. I'm focusing on getting focused. I've reworked this page several times. My first attempt was just "too focused" and I don't really feel that way, yet. So, back to the drawing board. After many start overs, this is what I created. I added some of my own journaling.

Honey, if you even THINK, you are straddling the line at 8 months you are making stronger progress than someone I know at 8 years. You are still raw, still going thru a year of firsts. Grief ebbs + flows, there is no timeline, the fact that you can go to this level illustrating your pain, shows growth, that is healing right there. The depth of your love, the deeper the pain, and the more grace you need to allow yourself. Thanks for the support and love, Jeanne. It's been a long 8 months, but I know that it will soon be a year, then two, then three. I'll never get over this loss, but I'm learning to "get through it; not over it". :hug4: :lovey3: :heartpumpred::heartpumpred::heartpumpred:

Thank you so much, Vicky. I feel his presence all the time and know that he'll always be with me. He would love seeing all of these pages and the lovely and beautiful comments that all of you have left. :hug4::hug3:
