A few random stories to start September - our "stuff" moved to storage, the full beaches of the Labor Day weekend, always a crochet project.
I started with a title (I highly recommend the Title Smarts class - I had no idea how to create clever titles before that class. Here I combined word art with 2 different fonts, a fancy and a plain, and added the clock face for emphasis). That's what kept going through my mind as I arrived at the warehouse where our stuff will be stored until we have a larger home for it.
The first photo I blended on the left, of the moving truck with all our stuff spilled out of it, then a few of the storage crates. I added some clip art of moving boxes.
Then I just started adding other bits - a photo of a very sunny and full beach, as well as the parking lot sign (how grateful I am that I can walk to the beach - parking is a premium!).
Final step is always the longest - embellishments. Note yellow, blue, splatters and threadz visual triangles.
