This challenge was the perfect use of the new kit Second Summer. I found wonderful frames in the kit Meet Me at the Shore. Late August and September are full of changing leaves and temps and the song lyric fit perfectly.
This is beautiful, Twin, I love the kit you chose, and those leaves look wonderful, large and turbo charged against the tan background amid the wonky stacked layered papers. Great photos, and the rustic frames suit them perfectly. Great song lyrics, I'm not familiar with that song, it works perfectly here, but it is a tearjerker with that line about snow. I like the paint runs behind the word strips, you showed off this kit perfectly. Thank you for taking part in the challenge

Thank you Twin! I dont know the song either But I googled season come and season go and it popped up. That was all I knew, they come they go and what quote could I find. Each stanza of the song is a season.
Awwwwww... You know I hate seeing summer go, but you make upcoming Autumn look pretty! Your photos are wonderful and I really like your journaling song and cluster. Well done, Tracy!

Yes! Except it's turned chilly here! I know you'll laugh, but it was 48 & 49º the past two mornings, brrrrrrr... Yesterday it didn't get past 72º, today will be 77º, quite a difference from less than a week ago when it was 95º. crazy weather!
It's still hovering around 90 here and I wouldn't mind sending a few degrees up your way.
Great photos and I like the rustic framing and especially the leaf and apple cluster!
