This was a challenge, and such a good one. I had no idea where I was going with this when I placed photos on the page. Then I just followed the process and the lift instructions and the magic happened.
ArtPlay Manly Solid gray background, with the 3-frames and transfers from Manly ALT.
Desaturated 2 of the photos as per the lift, then added Levels Adjustment.
Left side photo blended with Manly FotoBlendz, adjusted with erasers and brushes.
Added some extracted and blended photos.
Created the title cluster and the thematic cluster on the right.
Finally added a ton of Fabric transfers and blue brushes to dress it up.
As a final step I added a Levels Adjustment to the whole page to brighten.
