I like these Mixed AnnaLifts, for this one I created the next page, M, in my Simple Digital Scrapbook project.
An idea I got from lacy , I just used a layered Frame cluster from FotoInspired Template 3H, page 1, clipped a photo to the top layer and a Transfer from APP Fabric to the lower layer. Behind this I placed a copy of the photo at reduced capacity and used a mask and brushes to blend.
Added some Fabric Transfers to extend the foamy wave line across the page.
Created clusters to move in the same diagonal line, using Sea Sprinklez, elements from APP Fabric, and an old favorite word cluster from Joann Brisbois.
