We worked quite a bit on the house in July, mainly in the bathroom, where we encountered our biggest UH OH moment yet. The shower and toilet drains were too far from the walls, so Ron and I built new ones about 3 inches out from the original. It is what it is, and it will be ok, just a 1” offset on one wall and a 2” offset on the other. After painting, etc. it will hardly be noticeable (I hope). We finished installing the other half of the water line and filled the ditch. And we lost half of another tree right in front of the shop. Thankfully no damage to the shop, just a minor dent in the guttering. The QR code on the RIGHT side is a short video of Chris chain sawing the broken tree.
