The Paris Olympics, as well as Oz's school projects, have inspired me to dig up some old photos and feature my favorite iconic landmark.
I made this last week so not sure of the order, but I know I rotated Fabric Artsy Paper 2 (left) and added blue "Hue" overlays. Left side also has a photo of the ET in Overlay mode.
I used the ALT frames on the left, then needed some FotoInspired frames/masks for the right.

I placed FotoMasks filled with white behind photos to pop them a bit.
MM & Magic Sprinklez added in visual triangles, with almost everything color adjusted.
