I chose to use Peace, a synonym for Serenity, this months AJ word. I knew I needed the peace that surpasses all understanding. This is a great transition from courage last month. I knew the quotes and song I wanted. I knew the type of photo I wanted. But it was as flat as Stanley. What to do? Oh yeah, I learned new tricks and textures. So off I went, adding
Paper Texture and
Artsy Transfers Notabilia and turned my photo into a sketch. Changed up the font colors a bit. I think it added some life and brought the idea in my head to paper. Still simple, but that is what peace is for me, simple (yet hard to attain).
