I used

Fabric WordArt Mix
MultiMedia Fabric
Fabric Fotoblendz
Process
The template was added to a solid paper.
Photos were clipped to the frames.
All the layers were turned off.
I added the Fotoblendz and clipped the large photo it.
Some of the layers were turned back on.
Elements and WordArt were placed.
I created some word labels and added those.
